Nos cours GI (avec kimono) offrent un entraînement structuré qui met l'accent sur la technique, la stratégie et le développement personnel à travers l'apprentissage du Jiu-Jitsu brésilien traditionnel.

Lundi, Mercredi ,Vendredi 19:00 à 20:30.

Samedi 12:00 à 13:00.
